Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using WIRESHIELD ("the App"), a product of (AFR) Andromeda Field Research LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

WIRESHIELD is a mobile security application that:

  • Scans for nearby Bluetooth and WiFi devices
  • Identifies potential security threats based on known signatures
  • Detects drones in your vicinity
  • Provides location-based security zones
  • Offers companion apps for smartwatches

Limitations

WIRESHIELD is a security awareness tool, not a guarantee of protection:

  • Detection accuracy depends on device capabilities and environmental factors
  • Not all threats can be detected; absence of alerts does not mean absence of threats
  • The app cannot disable device radios or block connections on your behalf
  • Results are informational and should not be the sole basis for security decisions

Subscriptions and Purchases

  • Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • Subscription billing is managed by respective app stores
  • Refund requests should be directed to the app store where you made the purchase
  • Enterprise subscriptions are billed through Stripe

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for illegal surveillance or stalking
  • Reverse engineer or modify the application
  • Use the app to interfere with others' devices or networks
  • Misrepresent the app's capabilities to others

Disclaimer of Warranties

WIRESHIELD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will detect all threats or operate without interruption.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of WIRESHIELD.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
